Home-Only Loans

Ideal for purchasing the home separately from the land. A minimum down payment of 3-5% is typically required; however, applicants with higher credit scores may qualify for zero down payment.

Land as Down Payment

Utilize your existing land as a down payment, reducing out-of-pocket expenses.

FHA, VA, USDA

These are government backed loans and can only be used for Land + Home purchases or putting your owned land up as collateral. With 0-3.5% required down, these loans can be attractive for buyers wanting to purchase a land + home package with minimum cash down.
